FRUITY COOLNESS


Don't we all love Fruit Cocktail (or we Malays call it Puding Sejuk)? So here's a very easy recipe, originated from Resipi.net, altered to fit my selera.


For the Kuah, you will need:
1 tin susu cair
1 tin besar mixed fruits
1/2 cawan air
4 s/b gula
1 s/t esen vanila
1 s/t tepung custard
(larutkan dalam sedikit air)


Mix all the above dan panaskan atas api perlahan for a little while.


For the puding, campurkan 1 cawan tepung custard, 5 cawan air, sedikit garam dan satu s/b gula, masak atas api hingga menjadi pekat. You will know when to stop when the colour has turned from kuning cair ke kuning lutsinar.



Setelah masak, sudukan dalam acuan dan sejukkan. Setelah sejuk,
you know the drill, makanlah bersama kuah yang telah disejukkan.

And that is why we call it Puding Sejuk! Very refreshing!
