CHICKY WHOLESOMENESS


It's Grilled Chicken, my style! (By 'my style' I mean whatever it is
I have in my kitchen, just throw them in. Ngeee)



Marinate the chicken with some tasty stuff such as:

Kicap lemak manis + kicap masin + Kicap cair
Chicken stock/cube/serbuk perasa
Lada hitam
Chopped halia and bawang putih
Garam dan gula (if possible, madu)
Cooking caramel (for darker colour)
Perahan lemon/limau nipis


(Kesemua di atas, agak-agaklah, secara moderately)



Grill the chicken at 220 darjah celsius
for about 20-30 minutes
(alih the chicken side after the first 15 minutes)



Steam some vegetables to go with it
and voila! Your yummy wholesome dinner is ready! :D
