ENAK BANGAT, DONG!


Batam, Indonesia is a kepulauan not too far from JB. Sejam setengah in a boat, and voila, tibalah di kepulauan yang menarik itu. It is famous for inexpensive sea foods, lalu tentulah we had to have some by the sea. We went to a place near to the famous Pacific Hotel.

Butter Prawn. Nothing much to shout about but they’re alright.

Nothing to shout about the Fried Baby Squid as well, except that they’re cheap.

Ketam masak telur masin. Baiklah, yang ini sedap sedap sedap!

Siput Gonggong. Nama sepelik rupanya. Ia kelihatan sungguh seperti the sea shells yang boleh ditemui terdampar di tepi pantai. They taste surprisingly good. Seperti Lala tetapi lebih banyak isi. We had them steam jadi terasalah sangat kemanisannya.

If you ever go to Batam, be sure not to miss their sea foods, okay?!
