The foods were good (oleh chef bertaraf 5 bintang). A bit pricey but nevertheless good. The live band terlalu terlalu menggembirakan jiwa. Restoran itu adalah 2 tingkat and we chose untuk makan di tingkat atas, so I don’t actually have the pictures from downstairs. Kelihatannya seperti lebih cantik di bawah. Can you see how ramai the patrons? That was on Sunday afternoon, but Hubby said memang setiap haripun ramai begini dari pagi. Oh and you can even make reservation. Our favourites would include 7 Spice and the Briyani Village. But recently we had the chance to try out &lt;strong&gt;Chakra&lt;/strong&gt;, famously known for its orange exterior and legend has it that this is Sultan Johor’s favourite restaurant (according to The Star, that is)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Star gave a remarkable review on the place so we decided to try their Briyani and man, we were glad we did! This time, Udang Harimau 1 1/2 kilo. With udang this big, selalunya I prefer to just fry them. Sometimes goreng garam-kunyit saja. Sometimes variasikan dengan goreng with garlic, sometimes bakar or like today, goreng with garlic and pepper and red chilli macam ini. I asked Ayin to find me resipi yang mudah; she gave me a few links, tapi saya rasa resipi dari &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://zairul.fotopages.com/"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;blog Puan Zakiah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; adalah yang paling tidak terlalu mencabar. So on Saturday, sempena menyambut kedatangan adik saya, I made lasagna! MasyaAllah, mudahnya rupanya! I tweaked the recipe here and there to accommodate the ingredients I had; seperti:&lt;br /&gt;(a) unlike resipi itu yang gunakan white sauce kerana kehabisan cheese, saya gunakan mozzarella cheese dan cheddar cheese;&lt;br /&gt;(b) beef stock saya tukar dengan chicken stock (kiub ayam yang saya cairkan dalam 3 sudu besar air panas);&lt;br /&gt;(c) instead of basil and oregano, saya gunakan oregano dan Cajun;&lt;br /&gt;(d) saya gunakan cili merah (mayang halus) dan bukan green peppers;&lt;br /&gt;(e) dan saya tidak guna olive oil yang mahal itu tetapi guna minyak Malaysia yang biasa. Lazatkan ia with some &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663333;"&gt;Oregano herb and Black Pepper coarse and sedikit garam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3rd,&lt;/strong&gt; spread the sauce on the toasted bread. Top it with your favorite pizza topping. I used what was available at home tonight, i.e. &lt;span style="color:#663333;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;chicken sausage and green capsicum&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. I wished we had some pineapple, mesti lagi sedap jika ada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4th,&lt;/strong&gt; this is another crucial part, the cheese! Tapi tiada stok kelapa di rumah, jadi sambal cukuplah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kisarkan bersama &lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cili kering + cili merah + bawang merah + air asam jawa + serbuk kunyit&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; (kalau rajin, tumbuklah)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kalau mahu, gorengkan bahan sambal (jangan lupa sedapkan dengan &lt;span style="color:#990000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;garam + gula&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;). Jika tak mahu gorengpun boleh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kemudian sumbat dalam ikan yang telah digaram-kunyit. &lt;br /&gt;Lalu gorenglah ikan. Senang sangat kan? Kisar bersama beberapa tangkai &lt;strong&gt;cili kering,&lt;br /&gt;bawang merah dan bawang putih&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bahan kisar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Apabila pecah minyak, masukkan &lt;strong&gt;1 s/b gula &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dan sedikit &lt;strong&gt;air asam jawa&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan &lt;strong&gt;sos tomato dan sos cili &lt;/strong&gt;secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Tunggu mendidih, kemudian pecahkan &lt;strong&gt;sebiji telur &lt;/strong&gt;dan gaul rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.
